Will McDonald of Middlebury tied for eighth place with a 5-over-par 41 in the nine-hole boys division of the Frank Kringle Junior Golf Tournament on Thursday at East Mountain Country Club in Westfield, Mass. Three players tied for the lead in the division with 37s. In the boys 18-hole division, Michael Sebetic of Kent tied for 49th with a 15-over-par 86. Jason Leigh of Northfield fired a 1-under-par 70 to win that division.
